Whether you're a beginner gearing up for your first race or a seasoned athlete looking to improve, we tailor our programs to meet your needs, offering the essential skills, techniques, and encouragement to get you to the start line—and all the positive vibes to carry you through to the finish.

Happy Pace offers a range of programs, from beginner-friendly Sprint triathlon training plans to comprehensive race prep for 70.3 and Ironman distances. We also provide skill-focused sessions on swimming, open water and other key triathlon racing and training skills to help you achieve your goals at any level.

Skills Sessions are held in person, outside of this, your online training plan is designed to be flexible, so you can do the majority of your training in your own time, with friends if you would like to - and fit it into your lifestyle.

Sprint, Olympic and 70.3 training plans are adjusted to meet your current fitness level through using training ‘zones’ - such as pace, effort and heart rate. You can adjust your training to fit into your schedule each week.
1:1 coaching training plans are 100% customised based on your specific goals, fitness level, and schedule - we do all the hard work! Whether you're preparing for a race or improving your skills, we tailor each week to ensure it fits your needs and schedule. -
Most programs have specific start dates, but if you miss a start date or need a different time frame, please contact us. We can often accommodate adjustments and help you find the best solution for your training.

Progress is tracked through platforms like Training Peaks or Final Surge, depending on your program. These tools sync with your watch or devices, and provide insights, performance metrics to help you stay on track with your training.

Support includes regular check-ins with coaches, access to online platforms for tracking and feedback, and a supportive community. Each program offers different levels of interaction based on its format and your needs.

Absolutely! We know that balancing training with work, life, and everything in between can be challenging. If you need to modify your training schedule, we can give you advice on how to sequence your sessions to get the most out of your week.
1:1 Coaching is completely dedicated to making it work - so if this week’s training needs adjusting, you can get in touch with your coach. -
