About Us
At Happy Pace, we’re passionate about helping athletes achieve their triathlon goals while making the journey enjoyable and fulfilling. I founded Happy Pace because, like many of you, I know the challenge of juggling work, life, and training. Triathlon has been a transformative part of my life, not only as a sport but as a way to connect with others, push my limits, and find balance in a busy world.
Our programs are designed for athletes of all levels—whether you’re gearing up for your first race or seeking to improve your performance. We believe that training should be a positive, rewarding experience that fits into your life, not something that adds extra stress. That’s why we offer personalised plans, expert coaching, and a supportive community to keep you motivated and on track.
At Happy Pace, it’s not just about crossing the finish line—it’s about enjoying every step, stroke, and pedal along the way. Let us help you achieve your goals and love the process!

Christian Kovarik
Triathlon Coach
Christian started his triathlon journey at age 18, but it wasn't until he was 29 that he truly embraced the sport. Since then, he has won the 2XU Triathlon Series, completed three Ironmans, two 70.3s, and countless marathons and half marathons. His coaching experience spans from guiding athletes to their first Ironman finish to achieving sub-10-hour races and even qualifying for the Ironman World Championships.
Christian's passion for coaching stems from his personal experience. At one point, he weighed 110kg and couldn't run 5km without stopping. With determination and a solid plan, he completed his first Ironman within 12 months.
He is dedicated to helping athletes build confidence and demonstrating that anything is possible—even while balancing work and life.
